Mindy Glassman
Principal and Founder

Mindy Glassman is a marketing and creative professional with diverse experience, including marketing management, product promotion, advertising, and graphic design.

At SmithKline Beecham Corporation, Mindy served as Marketing Manager, helping to develop the pharmaceutical industry's first national accounts program. She also served as SmithKline's Design Manager, and was an integral part of product brand teams in the Consumer Products division. Her earlier experience, as Staff Designer with Armstrong World Industries and with the nationally prominent KMLG design firm, significantly broadened her business knowledge.

Since 1987, Mindy has partnered with firms to create effective marketing communications, with services ranging from strategic planning, branding development, meeting and symposia development, training and educational programs, to package design, advertising, and direct mail. As President of Relativity Inc., founded in 1998, Mindy takes pride in assisting clients target and achieve their communications goals.

A graduate of Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising Design, Mindy served three years as President of the Alumnae Association, was honored as a Distinguished Alumnae in 2007, and serves as a member of the Board of Managers of the College.
