Mindy Glassman founder and president of Relativity, Inc. is a marketer and creative professional.
Mindy has spent her professional career listening to her clients’ challenges, loves the process of identifying their needs, and partners with them to improve their business. Though Mindy started as a graphic designer specializing in visual branding, over time was driven to help her clients tackle business challenges using good design to inform every stage of decision-making, from planning to delivery. Bringing a creative eye to every stage of strategy is critical to Relativity clients’ success.

Mindy received her BFA in Advertising Design from Moore College of Art and Design. She was named a Distinguished Alumna of the college in 2005, and serves as a member of the Board of Managers. Mindy enjoys yoga, and Pilates and tackling the yoga wall to perfect her practice.

Doris Chin Relativity creative director.
Doris is a design professional accomplished in print and TV advertising, marketing, and promotion. As a New York art director she supported national fashion sector and global brands. In Honolulu, Hawaii, Doris produced national TV campaigns for major fast food clients, the hospitality industry and a managed healthcare consortium. Back in Philadelphia she developed print and digital communications for a large healthcare network. In 1998 Doris joined Relativity and has designed print and digital projects for an eclectic mix of clients and campaigns. In her free time Doris loves training her dogs and has competed and placed in American Kennel Club and United Kennel Club Obedience trials, earning ribbons and titles. She has a passion for good food, nurtured by her parents, and perfects her international cooking skills at home. Doris received her BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
Sheila Dyan copywriter, journalist, interviewer, and researcher.
Sheila’s career spans 20+ years, developing content for B2B marketing communications, educational and internal communications for healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations. She is a professional member of the American Medical Writers Association, the Society of Professional Journalists, and The Authors Guild. Her writing credits include education and marketing materials for the pharmaceutical industry; profiles and articles for the American College of Physicians publications; a weekly byline in The Philadelphia Inquirer for over 20 years; and feature and op-ed articles for newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times. Sheila has published two novels, ghostwritten two memoirs, and is writing a cookbook. Sheila is a trained architectural walking tour guide for the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, and a gourmet cook. Sheila received her BA in Communications/Journalism from Rowan University
Nina Hope copywriter, creative lead, and strategic thinker.
Nina’s 20+ years of experience includes interactive, print and broadcast media for the biomedical sector, financial technology, retail, education and real estate for consumer and professional audiences. She began her career working for ad agencies in London and later in Philadelphia. She has been a creative director, leading teams through concept development, interactive architecture, regulatory submissions, and tech development for online media, websites and print. She was President of the University City Arts League in Philadelphia promoting artistic and economic growth. Her passions include photography, cooking, singing, sewing, and hiking. Nina received her BA in English, from The University of Iowa, Phi Beta Kappa.
Adrienne DiGiovine creative director and graphic designer.
Adrienne is experienced in producing conceptual design solutions with skillful use of typography and imagery for branding, publication design, and web design. Her design experience began in New York, creating marketing materials for international clients in the financial and retail sector focusing on identity programs with web and print campaigns. She enjoys teaching design, is an accomplished yoga practitioner, and cyclist. Adrienne received her BFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, and studied at Parsons, The New School for Design.
